I did when I was on M1T. I used powdered EAS Betagen (creatine) and mix 1 small scoop with my protein shake 1/2 hour before training. And I mix it with my lucozade for energy after my training. PLEASE drink loads and loads of water, and take the milk thistle. Good luck!

i went the gym yesterday! ive moved up to 15 k & 17.5 k for biceps...

and im not feelin any soreness at all...

do u stop hurtin after a while or is there somethin wrong coz i feel like i should be sore

I am always sore when I have a spotter cos it means I can push myself that extra bit, either get the last rep or add an extra weight.

This is what I have found from my experience: If you aren't sore, it means you not pushing the last rep to failure, which is always the case for me. Try ask any guy to spot you. I think a lot of people underestimate the need for a spotter!

Weight training is all about Progressive resistance -- record what you did the week before and ensure you do more the next session

Its as simple as that
