Just read that you can burn 500 calories sitting in a room under 66 degres for 2 hours?

see How to Lose Weight Fast in 2 Steps - Lose 10 Pounds Fast THIS WEEK and go to the section '6 ways to lose weight faster'

supposedly your body will burn calories in order to keep you warm?

anyone else heard/verify this?

It's true that the body does burn more energy or calories to keep warm in cold temperatures. Can't confirm how many calories by temperature and that time scale.

Just eat better, perhaps less and exercise more.

Great post mate I'm sure the person who posted this one single item on the forum over two years ago will really appreciate the response.

Yeah, you definitely just responded to a 2 year old spam advert as if it was an actual human seeking help today.
