I know there are better websites for this question and I'm researching that but i was wondering if any of you know of good, healthy snacks that are cheap to make and easy to store/carry? I find I spend so much money on snacking and its always unhealthy, I eat a lot and its mentioned by people constantly, so it takes its toll on my wallet. I don't eat MASSIVE meals necessarily but I out-eat everybody I know over the course of the day unless I consciously control myself.
Wholesome, proper foods would be best for the small meals. Staying away from processed foods, dairy and even grain/starchy foods. Not that I think they're bad but I eat so much of that kinda stuff I want to keep them down to a minimum.
In short:
Cheap, carriable, 'paleo diet' type snacks but doesn't have to be 100% as I'm not on the diet.
