Don't want to butt into the convo here but it disturbs me a bit. It sounds like you have a good body man. So why go fucking about with your health in the long term. Don't get obsesso about it. Just keep fit and healthy. That's more than most guys do.

Fuck the pills, just do your training and be the best you can with that. Drugs just scare me.

Still haven't started - think I may weight till I'm proper middle aged and see if I can keep myself 'youngish'!

In more mature years it takes a bit longer for your body to build muscle fibre. Injuries take longer to heal, so you need to be more careful when working out. You can't train as hard for as long. Testosterone levels drop off (if you don't exercise).

Ageing just slows everything down a bit. But the processes still work fine. Apart from that there's not a massive difference for men. We don't have a menopause where our whole physiology changes like with most women.

The main problem with the average guy is they start doing less as they hit 40, e.g. because they give up playing competitive sports or whatever. Instead what they need to do is find something esle that has the same effect, to help retard the ageing process.

I would say all things considered, given the mileage I'm on, I'm probably in as good shape now as I've ever been. It's just harder work to keep it there.

Cheers for that buddy - all true stuff. It's all about your MINDSET! Get that right and your body and everything else will follow.

yep, well I've been considering them for over 10 years and still haven't touched em so looks like I never will!

If anyone on here is considering any kind of gear, I highly recommend you read up on the UK muscle forum before doing so.

Tut tut... Fuckin steroids

I would never bother with that shit not only because I have no desire to resemble a veiny Michelin man but primarily because I would never be able to donate blood cells/plasma every 4 weeks.

If you've ever injected drugs you're out, & I'm much too selfless in this regard than to take this rubbish even if I actually wanted to.

I get more personal gain knowing my blood is being used to keep premature babies alive & helping kids with cancer.

So, current status - I have a GOOD body, 15% body fat, muscles etc but certainly NOT ripped, very good, awesome etc. And it's not gonna happen - not now that I'm over 30 and with my genes!!

I bet you like most guy are simply eating too much, its the biggest reason guys don't get ripped. If the muscle is there just try reducing your intake and clean up your diet before taking steroids.

I'm about 10% body fat, if I gain or lose body fat it's mostly my diet which causes the change.

Test first cycle is a good start and disagree with adding deca for a first cycle - keep it for cycle 3 imo as you'll get great results with just test. Best results with as little gear as possible ideally

HCG and your pct is good, 2 weeks after last jab for pct meds.

Glutes and quads are my preference, then shoulders.
Exchange supplies is where I get pins, wipes and syringes etc

Make sure your diet is on point for your goal if you want to make the most of this cycle - makes a huge difference.

There are plenty of potential negative side effects, TRT is given when the cost benefit is in favour of TRT. But those are potential not the ones you'll get - that vaires alot person to person.
As long as you can justify any potential side effects and the cost benefit, go for it! You don't need anyone to justify this for you.
Reality is one cycle will imact your health negatively VERY little! If you're really bothered, get some bloodwork done before you start, mid cycle and end.
