Guys,

As many of you know I'm leaving Manchester and heading back to the South-west where I shall be continuing my development with the carrot crunchers down in Bristol.

This is my last weekend in Manchester, therefore i'd like my final night out with you guys to be a blow out! (in more ways than one).

I've been discussing this with Nova and if anyones interested we are proposing the following;

1) Fancy Dress, theme 'Pimps and Hos'. All the guys to dress in what they percieve to be as Pimp (basically cool badass muthafukers), the women who just so happen to be out that night are our Ho's. We can assign them that frame.

2) If you approach a set you have to use 'The Apocalypse' opener.

Inspired by Shaks recent exploits this;

This is all about pushing boundaries, not being dependant on any outcome but a willingness to take the bull by the horns and facing upto the prospect of crashing and burning and for some of us jumping into the deep-end no nonsense introduction to 'Direct Game'....pretty much as direct as it gets without getting your cock out there and then.

I appreciate this is a big step up for many of you, me included however as they say 'No Pain, No Gain'.

Any thoughts, ideas, tweaks to this are welcome.

I think (and this is just what I think so feel free to discard what I say but I do this from a position of friendship) if we go out looking for women but don't get any then it might be seen as a let down. Where as if we go out looking for a good time and don't get ladies who cares? If we do bonus!

If this is supposed to be a farewell thing then you might want to save the Apocalypse till the end of the night because what if it's successful?
People will disappear off with random girls and not be around to party.

By all means talk to the ladies, do direct approaches but I wouldn't put so much on it, if we have an awesome night then they will naturally be drawn to us and our energy and our badass costumes (can't I come as a pirate? ).

Tom I do remember we applied a lot of pressure to ourselves when we decided to do our night of a 'record breaking amount of openers', so there was that feeling of let down when we both thought we might had done more openers. Equally it is good to apply the pressure and push those boundaries.

I guess the Apocalypse is probably a near the end of the night thing, maybe a midnight-2am type opener when the girl is satisfied that she has had her night out with her friends. We should bear it in mind for that evening though. I really wanna try this opener!

As for the fancy dress, I think it should be anything goes... but peacock heaven to the max!!

The intention isnt to go out to get girls specifically, the number one priority is to go out and have a good time. Like I said, my objective was not to depend on the outcome just purely about pushing some boundries and exploring new territory to see where it leads.

Nova, we discussed this last night and I feel you are back-pedalling alittle bit, when I doubted the practicalities of everyone being comfortable with using or wanting to use the opener you said it should be ruthless.

However I take you're point that this maybe too much pressure. Perhaps we could just approach/game as people normally would using whatever they want (freestyling) then if anyone wants a stab at it, 'Apocalypse hour' where beyond say Midnight then we have a full on assualt of the Apocalypse opener.

Just shits and giggles man.

Imagine how good you will feel inside and the sense of achievement after you had attempted such directness regardless of the outcome.

I'm up for the night out... The only downside is the only fancy dress i have is a full Dangermouse outfit with giant plastic head.. No problem wearing that on the train into manchester and on the bus on the way home LOL.

I gave my pimp fancy dress away a couple of years ago :-( Let me know which way you want me to play it, Danger mouse or sort something else out and i'll see what i can sort out..

Easy tiger. Me and Tom are only discussing the problems we experienced firsthand when we did something similar while focusing on a single theme for an evening (only 2 weeks ago). It made the night no fun for me or him. I did mention this.

I also believe the pressure is a good thing (I also just mentioned this ) and can be fruitful in the long term.

I am behind you all the way with whatever you wanna do this friday my main man. Like Tom said though, fun has to be top of the list mate, we're thinking of you when we say this

I think partly the reason for me not having a good time when me and nova set out to open lots was I was shattered from going out too much, so trying to get in an energetic mood was pretty hard.

I heard somewhere that you'd have more success with women dressed as a cartoon character than James Bond... simply because you'll convey fun and don't take yourself too seriously. Get on it Retro!!
