if its not a cold approach (social circle, friends of friends, etc) I am pretty good. But IF it is a cold approach to a HB I DO have some strong AA and freeze.

I was looking into it and found a free eBook on Approach Anxiety
it says: Having AA is a habit and this habit needs to be overwrite with a new habit.

So for the next 3 weeks, i go out EVERY day in central london and walk around and talk to hot girls I meet (cos talk to average looking girls is no problem)

these are the steps I will go through from one day to the next:

1) ask the time
2) ask for direction
3) make a comment
4) being c&F
5) finally: run openers & routines & negs

There's nothing wrong with your plan but it's a plan and women might sense it's no congruent to who you really are. Just start talking to everyone and assume people will like you.

I'm not trying to knock your idea I've actually done something similar approaching random hot women and giving them compliments. However I'd rather do it in my day to day life not plan for it.

I'm guessing you've not read much about natural game and core confidence.
