Hi, I'm 32 and I suffer from anxiety so it is really hard to approach. I am in therapy now and things are improving. However, approaching girls is really hard. I've been taking my first steps on my own - asking questions of people in shops in a really positive way and just being in night clubs on my own.

I would like to meet someone at the same stage as myself so we can just talk about what's going on in our heads. We don't need to put any pressure on each other but be sincere about how we are feeling and give each other company whilst taking on these challenges.

I go out in the day and night in central London. I am friendly and positive about this and accept it can be hell at times. I'm not negative so I won't drag you down at all, just need a little company with this. Let me know if you want to meet up.

I'm 32 and live just outside of London (30 minutes to waterloo).

I also have anxiety problems which have stopped me ever having a real girlfriend. I beleive if I could approach women I would feel much better about myself.

I recently went to Australia by myself which was great but It was a wake up call that I need to get over my issues. Maybe we could chat sometime.
