London Meetup -

I've noticed a decent few new people from London popping up on here, so I was thinking it might be cool to have a forum meetup. Set a place to meet up in the evening, we can grab a couple of drinks and socialise, then anyone who wants to head out after is welcome to come along. I you're a new guy it'd be a good opportunity if you need a wingman or some advice from more experienced guys, and it'd just be good fun all round.
Was thinking maybe doing a meetup in central, either this friday or next. would anyone be up for that? But I'm tryin' to give you a million dollars worth of game for $9.99

I don't live in London, but work there and live quite close (south Hertforshire) but will be staying on in London after work next Friday to meet a friend for a beer (5-7pm).
So I'm up for meeting up with anyone from the forum who is around after that somewhere in London (TBA) to socialise, sarge, or whatever. It would be good to just meet some of the guys from the forum. It's a pity you can't make it Mark cause I'd like to meet you. Stein - you seem to know London pretty well, do you have an idea for an initial meetup venue? Hopefully we can firm up a plan through the week. I'm in danger of becoming a keyboard jockey on this forum so I think it would be good to do see some faces.

Probs best to hit up one of the bars in Covert Garden, Porterhouse or something like that. It's in central but it's quiet enough to actually chat.
Also I just remembered I've got tickets to go to a freshers thing at Elephant and Castle that friday so I won't be able to do a full night in central, but I shouldn't be heading off till around half 10. Anyone who wants to tag along to that is welcome to come too. But I'm tryin' to give you a million dollars worth of game for $9.99

cool. Yea I've heard it's good there, but not as noisy as Shoreditch.
I've got a beer festival thing with mates on Saturday (do cute girls go to beer festivals?) so wouldn't want to be doing a real late one in London on the Friday night. But can do 7.30 - 10.30 in central.
