Hi mate, Im in the Gloucester/Cheltenham area so not too far away. I think there's a few other guys on here in the Swindon area. What's Swindon like for nights out/women?

TBH I can't really say, its been a while... (long term relationship for 8 years) and the towns changed a lot since then.. 10% less employment than a decade ago (so much for Swindon being the Madonna of Swindon in the sense that it can remould itself as that solicitor on bbc news said after the Honda layoffs). Like a lot of towns of a similar ilk all that exists in the TC these days is pubs, bookies and pound shops! And not the upmarket style of pub/bar that you may meet a classy wench.

It's either a choice of down Town centre (Yates, O' Neils. Walkabout etc) or up in Old Town though (Longs, McKenzies etc). As for quality well, like others on this forum have said it's not a university town so quality is lacking, drunk, stupid and council estate a diferent matter... Make your own deductions from that

I've been on a few speed dating evenings, but the only sort there was the type of woman that can't make it on her own and wanting to ride on someone elses coat tails, and looks wise I could do better with beer goggles on

ATM though I just want to have a laugh and a flirt though, if something comes along that rocks my boat though...

Save your money and time on better quality like Bristol, Bath, Oxford or Reading which are all just another 40mins away.
