Hi there -

I'm moving to Oxford this weekend for about 3 years as a student and am looking for 'wingmen' and a community presence in the city. A lot of the info online seems really out of date so can anyone help?

Since this is my first post here's a brief note introducing myself;

I've been working with the material and the advice given on MASF and several of the various products/books out there, but only on my own as I've been abroad a while. So I'm very keen to meet similarly motivated people and get/give feedback and constructive advice. I'm pretty ambitious in where I hope to get with this and willing to put in some hard work to make it happen. I'm approaching this very much from the self-improvement perspective - I'm in a position where I've always had reasonably decent social skills to start off with but have always fallen into the trap of being the neutral 'nice guy' or else getting stuck in long-term relationships that have done nothing for me.
