The drive on the way over to hers i realise the night will be interesteing, as going from a 40 to a 60 i overtake a 4x4 without noticing a police camera van is parked up in front of it, so as the 4x4 pulls out to go round the van i swerve further out into the other lane so we all end up 3 abreast.

Guy : Cmon then get up (he assumes a stance)

Im thinking, oh ffs i can see were this is going and it will annoy me
so i stay sat down
after about 5 minutes of him insisting that i get up and prove ive got speed
I get up

Fire off 2 backfists at him which he cannot block and pull them before i hit him in the head
Then he raises his guard in the way of my fist - so i trap his guard and backfist him again

Thinking my point is proved i sit down,

So then he walks round the table, and starts talking more shit having not learned his lesson
so he throws some punches at me which i block, and he then proceeds to lecture me on martial arts and punching
He throws more punches at me and backs me up towards the wall, i block them all then just totally LOSE THE PLOT
Grab him throw him across the kitchen into the wall
(im actually surprised and shocked how much stronger i am when i see red - which considering im about 3 times stronger than a guy that doesnt train, normally - is VERY strong when im pissed off)

so he kindof bounces off the wall and staggers back towards me so i grab him again and throw him from the kitchen into the lounge, unfortunatly flatmate girl is in the lounge and they both hit the floor as he lands on her

flatmate girl starts throwing a fit and shouting as she gets off the floor- im still in the red zone and wade over to him and grab him and half drag him up off the floor and shouting
'get the fuck out of my face, dont ever touch me again'

Im just glad he didnt try and fight back otherwise i was having visions of mercilessly stamping on his head and going down for GBH

I start to calm down and go sit down at the table - he staggers off in shock
flatmates shouting at me to get out the flat
he comes back pretty much in tears appologising to me, which is appologise back and we shake hands but i tell him - im sorry but you pushed me into that

so he then knowing flatmate girl is shouting for me to get out the flat invites me and my girl to sleep at his flat and he`ll sleep on the sofa

As i found out before in a previous field report i did were me and a girl were trying to have sex in my car and were followed by some freak in the middle of knowhere who wanted to watch us - who i confronted and threatened to fuck him up and rip his arms off

So basically my lessons learned are:
I need to learn to assert myself in a non violent manner - i could ahve just said to him - look you are pissing me off now stop this or im going to slap you
then progressed it onto a shout
unfortunately i just tend to stay on the surface calm while underneath im hitting breaking point and just snap
I am worried and wary of my temper and try and avoid all confrontational situations, not just because i feel like im capable of anything when i lose it, but because ive got the strength and skill to really hurt somone badly
Ive done pretty well so far - ive not actually had a fight with somone for around 10 years

Next lesson
I am not for one moment saying, walk around like billy big balls, 10 men or have fights, bully or act violently to anyone -- its not worth it, the reprocussions, just the way it makes me feel and the fact i obsess over it for days afterwards makes me feel aweful
BUT - you can see why some hot chicks end up with some scrotes who get into fights and reackon they are tyson, there is just somthing in girls that subconsciously switches on when they are around things like that.

In the last 2 years I've had 2 fights, most of the time I've talked them down.

First fight I was when a marine was chatting up a girl I was dating's mate. She was trying to get away and he had her pinned up in the corner. I cut in politely, he didn't see it that way, he swung and I rugby tackled him to the floor, before anyone lands anything painful door staff were all over us.

Most of the time when you stand tall and call them out they leave it. I was in a kebab shop messing around with my chosen victims boots (heels etc.) so this guy thought he'd cut in and be this girl's "saviour" and tells me to "give her back her boots. I look over my shoulder and ask him "what?" so he tells me again. So i tell him straight "come'n just punch me" the conversation follows the line of him telling me to give her back of shoes, me asking him what i'm gonna do with a pair of girls leather boots, of course she's gonna get them back, but you've obviously come over here to impress so punch me and be the hero. in the end he just shuffled off awkwardly...

Most of the time people will only carry it forward if they are sure they can win, place that seed of doubt in their mind and they usually back down.
