Two field reports in one week. I’m on a roll. Friday night I went out with a mate to a club called caprice. A friend of his rings us as we’re queing up and joins us. She’s about a 6 or 7 and already wasted as are me and my friend. Thinking about it, I’m surprised they let us into the club.

In the club we’re drinking the bar dry of sambuca and tequila before we’re go and have a dance. I have a little dance with the girl but my friend clearly likes her so I don’t let it get intimate. After a while she’s trying to flirt with me and sending me all sorts of IOI’s. I’m unresponsive out of respect for my mate but of course, this drives her crazy and makes her more determined. I’m trying to get him to crack on to her but he’s being a chode about the whole thing. So after a while of him being a chode and me being unresponsive, of course, she starts trying to chat to other guys in the club.

I see a hot latino girl dancing next to us by herself. She’s seriously a solid 9. I approach with an off the cuff opener. I don’t remember what I said. Without talking, I take her hand and do my usual dancing game. I’m spinning her, grinding with her then I turn her facing me and place her arms around the back of my neck. I take her by the hips and look her completely up and down then look into her eyes “I fucking love your body”. She smiles, thanks me then turns and backs up into me. She starts rubbing her hand on my crotch. If this isn’t an IOI then I don’t know what is, so I go for the kiss close. “I really wanna kiss you” She keeps dancing and her reply? “No, that’s disgusting”. I take in what she said. I think about it for a second. Then I feel myself go red. That’s literally no way near the answer I was expecting. I’m so embarrassed about this response that I wimp out. I carry on dancing with her then tell her I’m going back to my friends. I get back to my mate who straight away congratulates me, tells me I was in and asks me why I didn’t try take it further. He’s just as confused as I am when I tell him what her response was.

After more dancing with my mate and the girl we leave the club. The three of us are hammered. My mate lives a 10 minute walk from caprice so he walks home. I live on the other side of downtown Vancouver and so does the girl so we both get a taxi together. We sit in the back

ME:“That club was awesome! You enjoy it?”

GIRL: “It was ok, I just had a bit of a gay night though”

ME: “Gay?”

GIRL: “Yeah, no guys wanted to get with me.”

I think for a second. Too late, I clearly left my morals at the club.

ME: “I wanted to get with you”

She mumbles something about it being too late then hugs herself up to me. As the taxi drives she starts to drunkenly shuffle herself around so that she’s kind of lying on her back along the seat with her head on my lap. She closes her eyes and starts moving her body in a kind of erotic way that I can’t really explain. So I start kissing her. We kiss for the entire journey back to her place. In my peripheral vision I notice the taxi driver can’t keep his eyes on the road, he’s trying to watch us in the mirror which kinda puts me off.

We get to her place. But instead of going straight into her apartment, we sit on a bench outside where we talk and kiss. She gets up “Please don’t judge me” she says. She then walks into a nearby bush drops her jeans and underwear and just starts having a piss!! I don’t know what to do with myself. I just look away until she pulls up her jeans and walks back to the bench. I still don’t know what to make of what I had just seen so I just put my arm around her and hug her. “Wait, are you hugging me as a sister? Or something else?” It’s an oddly worded question but I answer “Something else” “No, we can’t do that. I just want you to hug me as a sister”

I know this girl was drunk. But now she was turning weird. Plus it seemed she just turned cold on me. Just like the latino in the club, I wimp out. I chat with the girl a little more on the bench before I let her go up to her apartment alone. I then go home.


In hindsight, I probably should have ploughed. That’s a problem of mine I think. As soon as a girl shows any dis-interest I give up. I probably should have pushed my luck a bit more with the latino and certainly with the other girl. Maybe there’s something else I should have done?

I think that in cases where they seem to be rejecting you, don't think of it like this. Think that they are just playing hard to get (unless blatantly obvious) so keep trying..

The girl in the club, was probably just being a cocktease (literally) maybe you should have started feeling her tits or something

The girl in the taxi, you could have said: Okay, but thats incest you know (wink or smile or something) and start kissing her again

The Latino girl in the club - maybe she was just having a tongue in cheek joke? or like Al_phaD said - just an out and out cocktease wanting to see if you were turned on. Personally if I was that intimate with a girl i wouldhn't have asked, just have got eye contact, breathed seductively in her ear and gone for it.
