Talking to girls online -

Hey I was wondering if any of you guys could help me out with this. I've got an account on plentyoffish and have just recently come out of a 2 year relationship with my now ex (psycho) girlfriend. So I'm trying to get my game back and have started toying with online dating.
A girl whom lives locally messaged me a few days ago ( I know she made the first move  ) and I proceeded to message her back. As soon as I started doing this I realised that online dating is a strange kettle of fish. Its way to easy to insult someone and its to easy to fall into "interview" style conversations. I do my best to break this mold but somehow ended up going to far in the piss taking department. I'll paste the conversation below and I would really appreciate your thoughts and any criticisms on them.Girl : You really did sell yourself well didn't you! Been up to much this weekend? xx Me : Well I used to work in sales, so its no surprise you were swept away by my awesome profile. I also spent the entire weekend working to meet a deadline... I know I'm too cool for school! What about you, got anything interesting going on just now.. you haven't really mentioned much on your profile (except that you bite which is great!) ? Girl : Lol well what wouldyou like to know? Ask away. I had a job interview yesterday and I'm pure dying of the cold or something! You doing much this weekend? Xxx Me : I think i'm coming down with a cold as well, I must've caught it from your message. I'm in Glasgow at the moment staying with some friends. I think we're going to the highlands tomorrow, thus getting up early and I can't sleep. Just my luck. What was your job interview in, who would want to employ a dog kissing piano teacher? Long Pause... Me : (title of message was cold feet?) What, playing hard to get already? Nice. Talk to me. Girl : lol cold feet? me? no way lol you had a good weekend? xxxx Me : Haha sure. You do like asking about the weekend don't you. What’s your # and when’s a good time to reach you? Girl : lol your forward arnt you! my number is 079xxxxxxxxxx and you may text at anytime. well i was asking about the weekend seeing as it has just finished you see!! you doing much this week? btw whats your name? im blah blah xxx Me : Ha, what are you afraid of? I'm only going to call the normal 55 times a day. And now you've moved onto asking about my week.. Can't you think of anything interesting to talk about? You know what they say about woman who are always asking questions about a man's forthcoming daily activities. Let's save that until we're married. The names blah, pronounced the same way as the capital of blah blah. Girl : you are a real charmer arnt you. iv noticed your coversation topic isnt exactly flowing now is it? x Me : Haha if you hadn't gotten cold feet we wouldn't be having this conversation now would we. So quit being a baby and try talking about something.

Criticism: This is a pointless messaging banter. It is boring and you not igniting her interest.
If you gonna go the online route, at least make yourself interesting rather trying to neg, neg and neg. Most of the time, your negging is done for the sake of it and not natural. If she's asking about your week, then tell her but make it like you are an interesting guy, funny and having loads of fun but DONT LIE!! Quote:

She is asking you about your weekend constantly because:
1)you mean nothing to her, you are a mere statistic on the other men she is talking to 2)she is an attention whore 3)the whole jist of the messages is gay Online is about brute Effciency -- think BORG resistence is futile You got her number, txt her somthing random-- establish she is available to take a call and ring her--use some verbal charm, dont waste time and arrange a meet. You are just one of many to her -- meet her, bone her and roll on

If a girl asks me what I'm doing this weekend numerous times, I would assume it's hint to go direct and get her out or tell her where I'm out so she can find me, online should be direct start talking about hooking up at somepoint within one or two messages or you'll spend your life in pointless small talk while some other cunt takes her out and introduces her to his sticky man juices.

talking online IMO is definitley an art.
personally if a girl keeps asking me what im doing on the weekend, i'd take that as a hint to ask her out as the person above said.

i had a plentyoffish account and ended up deleting it just the other day, its really unnatural for me to use. My conversations were exactly like yours, i tried arranging to meet a few of the girls i spoke to but it never happened once. My main problem was putting too much thought into it and concentrating on certain girls. I'd sit for an hour making a message or reply.
Anyone got any advice or examples of good game on dating sites?

Girls online are sick of bullshit
Have good pictures up that demonstrate you are awesome: have hook points in your profile for things she can pick up on: eg bottom of my profile i used to have: 'break the ice with me' If you had £1 to buy me a gift on the way over to mine what would you get me If you had magical powers what would it be be pseudo ultra direct, they are sick of bull online so be straight, dont waste time writing a massive message for an hour...OMG LOLZ is what i think of that exchange 4 messages and ensure you have already primed her from message 1 for a meetup indirectly then message 4 ask her for her number in the context of sorting out a drink/giggle and maybe the dancefloor for a wiggle eg of prime -- ooh you sound like a fiesty one-- im not quite sure you ahve the power to take my banter on just yet tho. - you are looking for her to pipe up and qualify herself you get the idea anyway -- that lot just comes natural to me

You played it spot on up the point where you got the number. After that your continual busting on her started to back fire, you should have normalised the conversation a little at that point (and of course taken it offline).
