I am quite new to this, here is my first field report.

So a friend (with no pick up game) and myself go to a Mayfair club the night before new years, to try take the edge off new years expectations of it being a good night.

So I tell my friend to smile and not to look around the club, as we were the party. Soon enough three girls ask if they can join us at our table. We said sure, they were all 6, but it was social proof. So we are talking for a while, then three hot girls come in 9's and the hottest in the club. Just then the hostess comes to the table and says she needs it as there is a minimum spend that others want to pay. I start talking to the hostess, and she says she will find us another table....

The three hot girls go straight for a table but the hostess stops them and says we can sit there instead of them. So by chance we have their table and a great open. I walk over to the girls enroute to the table as they are walking back and appologise for taking their table and that they are welcome to sit with us. I then walk to the table without waiting for a response. I sit down for 30 seconds, then walk back to them and say, 'there is one condition of sitting with us, you cant saying anything about my friends shoes, we almost didnt get in here because of them, so he is quite sensitive about them'. Once more i walked off without seeing their reaction

This worked a trick as two sat opposite us, while the other sat next to me. So I am telling a few stories, negging, my friend is struggling with two of the girls, but i seem to be doing quite well with the girl next to me. Then she starts to take out her phone more, so i start negging the girls opposite me and screening them. They seem really interested.

Eventually the girl next to me goes to the toilet, so i invite the other girl to sit next to me cos 'i cant hear her' She does. I do a few compliance tests, and build rapport and comfort. My friend however has completely given up, and the two girls opposite become restless with my friend, but give me their full attention when i talk to them. One suggests my friend is scared of them, the other says it looks like i dragged him out.

We then get kicked off the table, and the girls say they are going to another club, but dont directly invite us. Taken a back by the quick turn of events, I then self destruct, and talk for a few minutes with my mate as to whether we should go with, we decide to stay as there was no formal invitation, and my friend thought they didnt like him.

So we said no, then they all looked at me, especially the one I was speaking to at the end, and she was totally baffled and confused. It was a look of horror. I didnt even ask for there numbers!

Not sure what to learn from this, were they telling us cos they wanted us to come, or for me to take their number, it was hard knowing without a direct invite. Am almost certain I should have gone with.

The rest of the night was rubbish!

I think you did pretty good actually, and thre could be lots of reason why this didn't progress, some out of your control, she's obviously talked in the toilet, maybe you over negged, I don't know. I would say your friend played a role in this going pear shaped. But its not all about results, you held there interest for a long time.

My NYE was far worse than yours, trust me drunken bitches and poor rapport, one of them could'nt even remember which street she lived, she'd held it together pretty well up to this point.

The obvious solution to me is school your friend as PUAl and together you'll mop up.

I'm sure you'll get more in depth technical answers to what went wrong but thats my few pence worth

I like this. It's fun. Nice. It provides humour to you, privately, without the chicks knowing it and this condition + minor weirdness gets their interest in a way that you didn't say, "oh plllllllllllllllease sit with us as we are sssssssssooo cool" (fail)


That night, you saw not one but many hook points.

after a hook point, should have got her number: e.g. whip out your phone, dial in 07 and say "do you know how to work this phone? You do the rest".
after #-close, get this (!), you can choose to STILL hang out with her that same night if you want to. Is that a perception switch for you? Don't perceive that a #-close only can be done end-of-night at club closing or when you are leaving her company.

Secondly, "there was no formal invitation", well that would have pissed me off too. Should have spoken directly to your interested girl about the two of you continuing to hang out. Privately talk to her (e.g. grab her by waist and pull her in close) not group-talk with her less helpful friends whom have created this bitchy Group Think situation.

You also don't need to be needy about following anyone to another club if the right vibe wasn't there (her crap friends, your crap wingman, or are these just excuses?) as by this point you'd have her number and could meet her privately the next day minus the others.
