Ok, I'm officially getting better at this shit

This morning, 5:50am (yes, am) I'm waiting at the MegaBus stop to get my bus back home for Xmas - don't judge me, it's cheap as chips and faster than the train.
After waiting around for a few minutes, some girl comes and stands by me at the stop - not unbelievable, but a good 7.5 - 8.0.
Thing is, it's FUCKING early, and to be honest, no-one's sprightly or overly chatty at that time; or so I thought

Anyway, she sneezes. I say "bless you". She thanks me and sneezes again. I say it again and she thanks me again. She sneezes a third time and I spot my in: "you're going to have to stop sneezing or I'm going to be blessing you all the way to Birmingham". "Actually, I'm going to Manchester" she replies.

And that was all it needed. When we got on the bus, I sat next to her, and we spent the next two hours chatting about everything and nothing (FYI, she's a 22 year old Phd student doing Neuroscience - face and brains - nice). There was lots of prolonged eye-contact, lots of kino (by both of us) and lots of teasing each other too.

As I was getting off the bus first, a minute or so before we arrived at my stop I simply say "right, I'm off in a mo", and I can see her fiddling in her pocket, so I follow up with, "we have to swap numbers and go for a drink when we're both back after Xmas". She says "I was about to suggest the same".

We exchange numbers and I get off the bus. As it goes past me whilst I walk to the interchange I look up to the window where we were sitting and she blows me a kiss, and a few minutes later I get a text - "really look forward to that drink xx".

So, number close before 8am. Can anyone beat that!?!

If nothing good comes of that, then fuck her, she doesn't deserve my time. Already got the text game escalation going (which i'll admit i'll horribly good at), so pretty sure she'll be my first close of the new year. After whatever happens NYE of course

1am... pffft, that's nothing - I'm closing after being awake for 3 hours.

She gets back into Bristol on the 7th, she just text arranging a meet-up for the 8th. This could be a fast turnaround. I reckon she'll be the magic 10th f-close in 4 months (though, it's ACTUALLY 12, though monkeybuster refuses to acknowledge two of them as he wasn't in the flat at the time and I forgot to get pictures).
