If you're judging by the title you would be disappointed indeed, went down my butchers today, and today of all day, the Milf wasn't there.
I felt two things, relief and anger. Relief coz I didn't have to go through with the whole rejection thing and anger because until I do it I wont know what she's going to say, who knows, she might agree to go out drink with me.

Anyway, this eve down the gym, I'd finished my work out and was on my way home, this cutie was in the hall by herself and I just walk by her, I was about to take the stairs when I though F it. So it goes smthin like this:

MB: xcuse me, i was just wondering where you from?
HB7: Why, why do you wanan know?
MB: eeergh, i noticed you used to come regularly and u suddenly stopped and came back with a Tan
HB7: (smiling) ohh, I went to Turkey, im from poland
MB: why you always on your own down the gym?
HB7: I dont like to talk, it gives me lil breaks then I have to spend more time than i meant to workin out
MB: what your name?
HB7: Iva or Ivone ( soz guys, just couldnt concentrate on the conversation anymore,I mean this is how easy it was to get her talking to me, no set, no nothing)
MB: introduced himself
HB7: how come I have never seen you down here?? (That was a blantant lie, what she mean she's never seen me down the gym, I was facing her today when i was doing cable pull over, im sure she knows my face from down the gym, lets assume she doesn't if she wants lol)
MB: Coz im spend a lot of time in the resistance room

By now we are oustide,
HB7: Which way you going, there or there
MB: that way, See you later
HB7: see you later

OK PUA, how would you advise me to carry on with this chick from the gym, so that I can get her in a different setting, like somewhere we can have a chat etc...how would you proceed from there, baring in mind what she said about not liking being interrupt while working out and never having seen me before?

I will keep ypu posted on the Milf if/when I bump into her again.

Start small conversation every now and then, make her comfortable with you and suggest a day 2 after a few rapport building sessions.

Most people are uncomfortable with how they look in the gym, especially girls. So take it slowly, make her comfortable with you as someone to talk to and then suggest a cup of coffee or something for a day 2.
