not one for field reports but felt i had to share.

first proper date since dedicating part of my free time to getting better at touching the lady flower.

now we all know the dangers of online clunge but after half a lay last week
and upcoming partys full of ladys i went into faux player mode and decided to
meet up with someone i had being chatting to recently.

not going into specifics but all i will say is online dating is a bit like macdonalds menu, what you see in the picture is not what you get.

as the bar only had one entrance/exit decided to have a drink with her and just chat for a bit.

now i like to see the positives so while i didn't try to persue her one bit there was a couple of things.

before she arrived i was fucking nervous i mean to the point of nearly shaking?
this continued even though i wasn't attracted to her?
the conversation was 95/5 to her at points and i coudn't bring it back never had lack of frame control like this before.

so what i realise is my progress is only good because when i chase the muff i have smashed booze into my face.

my thoughts would be to attack day game hard especially over the next week while i am of work.

your thoughts welcome on how to improve my inner game so this stuff is the true me 24/7 and not a act i switch on after a few beers.

Yes buy a book called spark this will tell you how to improve your inner self through excercise it has proven to improve your state of mind prevent deppression and mental health issues may i also reccomend that you read more cultivate the mind and you will be far more intresting to talk to and not fail in the date scenairio the nerves will go.Be a man and man up big time.Peter
