Had a great night tonight. Still buzzing and can't sleep.

Met up with Galaxy, johnnyboyleeds (jbl) and BritishPakistani (BP) and hit tiger tiger. None of us had much experience but we thought we'd give it a go anyway. I was really impressed with BP as he saw a set and was the 1st one to go in and open a 2 set. Galaxy then also demolished the 3 second rule by going straight in and opening another set.

Galaxy pointed me in the direction of a 2 set close by so I went in with the "My sister is thinking of getting a tattoo of her BF's name on her arm" opener. I started speaking to the target then noticed her friend looking away so quickly included her in the conversation which she looked happy about. The conversation quickly turned into "what do you do?" Not the most exciting topic of conversation. Mentally I was thinking don't go down this route but I didn't have any other material to fall back on. I was using the signal for a wing to come in but they didn't see it so I chatted for a little then politely said I'd see them later. (didn't see them later). Galaxy said I should have number closed but I was still a bit nervous???

We went to a few other clubs then ended up in Walkabout?!? Not my ideal place to go but still had a good time on the dancefloor for a while. By this time BP had gone home and jbl had gone outside for fresh air.

Galaxy and I approached a two set sitting in the corner. I got speaking to the one cutie ,maybe a HB6/7, and we seemed to hit it off alright. I used the "sister tattoo" opener again which worked pretty well. I'm not that happy using canned openers but I think that for now it will at least give me something to fall back on. Anyway we chatted about music and stuff. I saw Galaxy was doing pretty well at Kino escelation with his target. After a couple of minutes the girls excused themselves and went to the toilet. I didn't get a number and Galaxy said I should just go for it.

Galaxy and I decided not to wait for them as this would be a DLV. We found jbl and hit the dance floor again. The 2 set then returned and Galaxy and I approached again. I did a bit of Kino escelation by doing a mind trick on the HB6/7's arm. Then asked for her number and she seemed glad to give. I saw her playing with her hair a few times which I took as IOI's. The conversation didn't really flow that well. Very stop start though she often carried on with the conversation which I took as another IOI. They then had to leave so I went to kiss her on the cheek. Then I pointed at my other cheek and she also kissed that one. Maybe next time I'll point to my lips and see what happens??? (and advice on if that would work or be cheesy)

We then went to back to Tiger Tiger. Before I went in there was a HB7 standing outside who I smiled at. She stopped me and asked if I had a cigarette. I said no and that it was bad to smoke. I then negged her on her "windswept hair look" it took her a while to get that I was joking but we had a laugh about it. Got chatting and said her friend and her were arranging to go home. They were going to the same area where Galaxy lives and I offered to give them a lift home. (Not sure if that was a good move or not?) I got her number and said I would let them know when I was leaving.


When we were in Tiger Tiger we stayed for a bit then decided to go home. I tried calling "windswept hair" but she didn't answer. Went back in to look for her. Probably a DLV? Couldn't find her so left.

All in all had a good night. Not quite as much opening as I would have liked but still had a good night and walked away with 2 numbers. I'll read up on text game and send them a message tomorrow.

When I neg someone, and they take it to harshly, i give a light IoI myself to soften the blow so to speak. It's a bit like push pull in a way, you neg(push), then small compliment(pull)

This is a good first time out. You've got the basic idea, which is to go talk to a girl as opposed to standing there wondering why you came out in the first place.

Keep goin out and keep progressing. It takes months and years to get this shit down, not days and weeks. Persistence is a virtue in the world of pick up.
