Oh yes ive been reading about him and his posts, that Guy has serious issues and is a definate danger to himself not just anyone else.
the female autopsy masturbation, takes some beating! I must admit some of the Birds ive wanked over during love making have had less life in em than the dead, so he might have a point. |
That most recent one is borderline psycho too. It seems he's walking around with a knife now. Which can only end badly.

Yes I read that too, Its the same Guy that got knicked for filming Birds I believe, the one I said is a danger to himself? He got threats or something?
He needs psychiatric help obviously. |
I've got a business thing I intend to make happen.. this time

I have an interview for an internal promotion on Wednesday for a position as our team leader. There's 6 of us in total and we're very likely hiring again soon, another 3 people for the team (although some of us think it should be another 6).
Of the original 3, any one of us are equally capable of taking on the team leader position. I'd be happy if I get it, but equally happy for either of my fellow OGs if they get it. It's the first opportunity that's become available to us since we launched only 5 months ago, meaning there's going to be more opportunities before long, so I'm not in any rush. In fact, there's most likely going to be a requirement for an onsite trainer coming up, probably from early next year, and if I'm honest I'm quite certain that out of the options of team leader and trainer, I'd be more suited as a trainer. I like how we recruit for internal jobs. In my last company you had to send your CV and a cover letter, even though you were already working in the company, which I thought was weird and unnecessary. But with this new crowd we were given 5 scenario based questions we needed to answer. And I've always know this is how it it should be done. |
Never got the promotion. Fucked up in the interview, my mind went blank and it was largely (I felt) shite. But it's cool, I'm not going to cry about it, and I'm happy for my fellow OG.
The CEO and another senior manager took us into the boardroom today to tell each of the three of us one by one to our faces. I really appreciated that. I've literally never had such a personable and respectful NO before. It was very professional, and actually quite positive and motivational. They emphasised the point that as a brand new organisation, there's going to be new openings every three months, and willed me to take encouragement from that. I'll have another shot before long. It's all good. |
Had a sit down with our COO today. He offered me the opportunity to speak my mind and raise any concerns, gripes or criticisms, etc.
I did all that, we had a good chat about things, but then I said I had an even bigger burning question on my mind; that today my probation ended, and without wanting to appear pushy, could I have an idea of when I'd know the score about permanence of employment or not. He told me that if there was going to be an extension, or anything in particular had needed to be discussed with me, I'd have heard about it. Basically he confirmed that I'm safe and I'm now a permanent staff member. He even said that I could have considered no news to be good news. Which I was going to do, I was going to leave it and say nothing but it was literally itching away at me, and I had to ask the question. So, having been the first staff member through the doors aside from managers, and having taken a calculated risk in jumping ship from my last company, it's officially paid off. |
