This past weekend my buddy and I ventured out on what turned to be my first sarge since recently coming out of a relationship.

Way the night started....my mate by no means a qualified pua, had already pulled and i happened to be shaking off some chode rust (waiting for an approach rather than approaching.

We ended up next to this set of 4...one of them a certifiable 9 and got asked to take a picture. The 9 kept shooting IOIs and chatting to her mate who also kept looking me over but I decided to play the jealousy card and went and spoke to this girl (a strong 7) who I'd known for awhile and we hit it off quite well. When she left, swiftly kissed her on the lips by no means a pull...but figured I was being clever.

A few months ago, I would have delved right into it but I suppose I was off state just a tiny little bit and didnt take the right action.

The 9 probably got peeved as she turned her head away and buggered off straight after the approach. Guess being proactive gets you going even if you mess up, cuz next moment Im chatting up this blonde who was about a 7 or 8....vibed for a good half hour....switched venues and ended up with her back at mine and F-close!

Would have been nice to sail away with the 9 but was good being back in it...was possibly living in my head a bit much at the start and expected it all to come naturally which it did after awhile. Guess i got to work at getting less dependent on state for approaches...was interesting seeing how certain chode tendencies tend to creep back in if allowed! Motto for next time - right action (all hail tyler )

Nice work mate! Sounds like a fun night. I also find that my state and mood affect how well I open in a big way.

ST, I hath not forsaken thee! Unfortunately I have been struck down with a terrific flu this week, and as such, all game is on hold. However I will contact you further next week, and we'll arrange a wee get together and crack on with some day game, ja?

Blimey Blaze, sounds like quite a comeback! A decent f-close on your first night back is like coming off the bench, after a lengthy injury, to score the winner with your first touch of the ball!
