Out last night with the guys. Due to work being hefty at the moment, I joined the fun late on. Summer Junky, Pavel and Tao were in Spoon's enjoying life (by the way guys, you'll want to fill in what happened before I arrived - I was, after all, very late!).

Mbargo's next, the site of my fail. I bumped into a girl I know through my flatmates - "Steph". Steph got the "Knock knock!" text, to which I got no reply (again) - this has been tried and failed 3 times now so it's out of my repertoire. Then it got worse.

Liz got Kowalski's golden text, to which she replied "This is a guy called Dave. I'm 41. Want to meet up?"

Whilst in Tube, I got a missed call, which I checked later. The message that was left on my answer machine was something like:
"Erm hi, this is Dave, you've been texting me all night and whilst I'm flattered that you're coming onto me all night, I'm not interested, sorry mate!" It was irritating more than anything...

The most bizarre experience came in Tube though. Now I'll confess, my brainbox was in no position to function correctly when this happened, but as far as I know, this is what happened.

I asked a girl who was in the process of getting served to get me a glass of water, to which she replied:

"Yeah if you give me the money for it"
"Well it's water, it's free"
"Ohh. Then no. I thought you wanted vodka"

Fine. The lad next to her offered to get it instead, which was jolly nice of him. At this point, the girl, who was probably on something, or at least quite drunk, almost threw herself at me. She explained that she thought I'd said vodka, and then told me thus:

"If you want to pull me, just say you've got a 2 inch dick and you want to take me home and rape me"

I swear to god.

Needless to say I teased her a bit and had some very cheeky kino with her but it came to nought for 2 reasons. First and foremost, I had absolutely no idea how to react to this girl making all kinds of downright weird advances (don't get me wrong, if a girl comes onto me conventionally I'm fine. But she was saying stuff like "don't you want to rape me? Your brother [guy I'd met 10 seconds previously] said you have a small cock and want to fuck me"). Secondly, she was off her head. It wouldn't have been right, in hindsight.

Some lessons for taking my game onwards in the future:

1) Making an SOI - I'm all well and good having a conversation with a girl about whatever, and building rapport and a connection, but making an SOI is crucial. It says to her "look, I'm not just being a friendly guy, I actually want to fuck you too". Failing to do so will land you in the "nice friendly guy" category.

2) Don't whatever you do get numbers off 2 girls from the same set. See Adam's thread in General Chat for why, but for me it didn't go well last night. Interestingly, before my PUA days, I'd asked out Liz in a bit of a choad way and she'd politely declined, due in part to work, but mostly that she wasn't interested. My thought process was "I'm an awesome guy now, she'll be gagging for a bit of the Blanca". I was wrong, clearly, judging by the messages I received from Dave.

It's strange. The rape girl reminds me a lot of a friend of mine. He gets kicks out of saying the most random, fucked up stuff to girls whenever they show interest in him. His favourite thing is to look the girl in the eye with a serious face, keeps quiet for an uncomfortable amount of time.... Then informs them that his name is on the sex offenders register!!

Wish I could tell you why he does it, and therefore why the rape girl was saying wierd stuff to you. I guess it was just her way of entertaining herself.

Well thanks Pav.... I guess, but I think you might be over exaggerating a little bit there. When I started out reading up on PUA material and sarging, I already had a good few years of experience under my belt and was fairly familiar with the whole scene, I'd just been lying dormant for a while and had lost a lot of my confidence. I would say someone like Alex has made more progress than me because it was only a couple of months ago that he wasn't even opening, and now look at him. He's on rocket fuel for breakfast!
Oh and Pav I'm sure if we were in Poland your game would make mine look like a dying animal. Or is it cos of your Polish accent that you get away with those cheesy lines.
