Mantra's direct game thread

OK this has been a long time coming. I've been wanting to take the plunge into direct day game for over 2 weeks now and I've finally grown a pair of nuts and fcuking done it. Just as I suspected, there's no way to build up to it or to prepare for it, you just have to go for it!

Met up with a relatively new wing today - the guy's not got a whole load of "PUA" experience, but he's got stupid natural potential as it is and I've been wholly impressed in the three days I've known him. We both vowed that we have to go direct in our first day game session together. And neither of us bailed out.

We met up in town, had some food and begun the gaming. As we were fairly nervous we opened a set each indirectly before going hardcore. I won't bore you with the details of those, but I will give you some insight into my first direct approach ever. Went like this...

We were walking through Liverpool One, a HB8 walks towards us, Wing says, "This one's yours dude!". I hesitate for a second, then I'm gone. I get this really powerful feeling inside as I'm running up behind her...the feeling that I know for a fact that I'm going to do this!

I touch the inside of her arm and get her to stop. "Excuse me...you just walked past me over there and I had to come and say Hi...I think you're sooo cute...what's your name?"

Her face lights up and she tells me her name and I tell her mine. I ask what she's doing (going for a job interview) and I tell her what I'm doing. We then talk about the situation and I asked if she's ever been approached in the street before. She has...once...badly! She says she can't believe I approach girls in the street; I say I don't usually, but I just saw her and had to talk to her. We talk about some more subjects, make a good connection, exchange numbers and have a goodbye hug. I tell her I'm going to call her.

As with most things, I find I usually understand the principles of something so well...it's just actually getting up and doing it that's quite difficult, but once I actually do everything just flows really well.

I approached another two set in the same way, but it didn't go quite as well. Still got a good response though and all will come with practice.

I really can't describe the feeling that this gives you guys. It feels like you have the whole world in the palm of your hand and anything's possible. It's like there's nothing to be afraid of any more; I can approach any woman on the street and tell her I think she's beautiful. It really is a powerful thing.

I'm so happy that my first direct approach went really well. I was absolutely bricking it and my heart was racing while I was talking to her. Over time it'll calm down, but I can't wait for tomorrow to begin so I can do it all again.

I would strongly recommend everyone to get out there in the day time and do this, cos I guarantee you'll feel the best you've ever felt, will be able to make some genuine connections, won't have to feel like a performer, will be able to get numbers that aren't flakes, will have loads more lays etc.

I'm sure I sound like a d1ck saying all this after only one day of doing it, but I can seeing this as being perhaps the most lucrative aspect of game, and the cool thing is it's not really game. She'll feel so good after the interaction and I really really hope this inspires at least one person to go out and lay their heart on the line to the next cute girl they see. Having a good wing does definitely help, so I'd recommend getting one if you haven't already.

The beauty is that you instantly demonstrate confidence and a strong reality. As she confirmed, most guys do not have what it takes to say what they feel despite bullshit social norms. Even when nothing comes of it you have just made a girl feel tip-top. When you tell a girl in the street that she has sexy hair, or some such, she will be floating for the rest of the day and knowing that you have made someones day, or possibly week, makes you feel tip-top too.

Cheers K . To me, "game" is equal to being "a game", so when at night running all your routines etc you and the girl are essentially playing a game, which you a trying to win. When I say it's not game, I mean there's none of that bullsh1t any more; I described it in an email to Soul as, "the most honest, daunting, thrilling, powerful thing I have ever done". It depends what you class as game I suppose. It's either the best form of game there is, or it's so good that it completely soars above the classification of game in a whole field of it's own.
