We all met in the Picadilly Tavern, not too many people turned up but there was seven of us many of whom had never met each other. This is good. I like to feel its me giving some value back to how much I've been given off this forum. And why I'm always willing to help anyone on nights out to approach or whatever it is they want sorted.

Funny how I went from being the guy with the worst AA in the club to being the guy shouting "If you don't I will!" or going in straight after someone gets blown out for a laugh. Anyway this isn't a journal field report so enough of that. Me and Goodrebel met up, Dice was in the bar already. We find a place to sit and slowly but surely everyone comes; James, LuthER, Wes and then Spoonhead which was someone I've never met before so Im glad I set this up!

Laughter and beer is flowing, I like how its some lads having a laugh versus awkward PUAs joining together. After midnight we move onto 5th, James and Wes aren't feeling it to come along. Missed out guys!

My mission was to not get too drunk, like so a sober person wouldn't be annoyed by me type drunk; Luther was I too drunk? He was sober. 5th is packed, tonnes of people to the point you almost think its a bad thing. I straight up start speaking to some girl sat by herself as everyone gets there jacket in the cloak room. Usually I wouldn't do this as girls by themselves are always going to have friends who will see you as a rapist or they're crazy loners. Weirdest girl I've met in a while which means a lot! And not in a good way.

But this just going for it attitude came about in me last night. I threw a few girls onto Dice and Luther at the beginning. Luther pointed out it doesn't work well, it was just something I was experimenting with, but at least it gets you in the reality of chatting to girls in a club. The awkwardness we all hate or embrace.

It seemed like everyone was having a great night. I dont think I even saw Goodrebel in there after the cloakroom. So I owe you a fiver boyo! Dont beat me up!!!! I pushed Spoonhead into a few girls because he was rusty at it too but after the push to approach he was doing his thing. Yeah I spent my night pushing, winging or making sure I didnt lose Luther as he had to stay at mine that night and we all know what 5th Ave is like with signal and losing people.

I winged Luther like a motherfucker. At one point I said to the friend "Wow our friends are really hitting it off, Im such a romantic", she loved it and nearly overstepped the mark when I was like "She out looking for a bang yeah? I like girls who don't fuck about" and she looked at me, walked over to her friend. I thought "Uh oh too used to my female friends who are really open about this stuff to me" but she smiled, told her friend to stay and went off with the guys who had been trying to drag them both away from us. Hahahaha

I have this little thing where you just keep, constantly saying their name in every sentence to keep their attention whilst your friend is with his girl. Later on Luther was in the corner with another (or the same?) girl and I managed to handle two girls and a guy whilst they, at first, tried to get her away from him. Then I put my hand across on the bar which effectively blocked any of them from trying to get near them hahahaha.

I liked to think I winged Luther and Dice pretty fucking amazingly. And it was great to have everyone out approaching and having a laugh.

This needs to be every Saturday and/or Friday!

To be fair it was a pretty spectacular night for me, I did notice you winging pretty well to be fair though I was pretty focused on just trying to keep up conversation since I'm a little out of practice at the moment. Everything went pretty much as you mentioned and it was pretty cool to see / meet the guys off here.

At the start though I've started to feel a little bored of fifth since it's primarily filled with teenagers and after you've finished with a set it seems to a right mission finding each other again, significantly hitting your uptime.

Overall I don't rate my performance at all ( I don't remember you throwing girls at me though, I may have just had one too many ) I found myself struggling to keep conversation flowing, resorting to crappy conversation than anything interesting. This however is an interesting point as I feel I can now differentiate between dull openers that I may have used in the past and conversations which would make me socially awesome.

Nevertheless it was a good night. After fifth I headed out to meet my girl who was out with a few friends from work, she was pretty wankered so I made sure she was ok in a taxi. I ended up in some place called the 'Eagle Bar' in the gay village, no idea where that was, and getting a breakfast burger in Burger King at about 7 am, getting in just as it was getting light, was an absolutely mental night, one of my better nights I've had cheers guys.
