upload/download section -

yo admins!
hows about a section where people can upload and download user rated stuff? i remember talkin to jaz about this ages ago, from what i remember its quite risky is it still a no go? what are the pros and cons, maybe if we put ideas out there we can come up with ways to work around any issues peace
