- Dude she invited you round to her house and got naked, she put it out there, you just had to make a move! Any move! You even went to super elaborate unnecessary lengths like dinner and drinks out!
- She's gone cold because she pretty much put it out there and she thinks that you are either not decisive and confident enough to be who she needs or that you rejected her because after getting drunk and naked you didn't take her advance
If I was you, I'd just straight up stop pussyfooting around and say, "hey! 8pm this Friday we're going to XYZ for a night together!" Then assume that it's on from there and you're staying at hers unless she explicitly tells you otherwise
