Be more detailed. No one can give you advice for why its drying up as there's nothing to go on.

Approach more, doing one approach or minimal approaches doesn't really mean anything. Hell I've had bad months of constant shit worse than that!

Get more numbers, even if you were detailed, the fact there's so few means its hard to point anything out. Even if four girls have flaked you, that doesn't mean much in the big scheme of things. You could get five numbers on a night out, and it could be the 5th one that meets you.

It usually comes down to that for most people; approaching more/closing more (Going for it). Or at least its the main issue, from what I've seen on here.
