I'm nowhere near as experienced as some of the guys here but my experience of getting FB's and #'s are that they are basically a receipt.

It's likely the moment has gone with her, if it was going to happen it probably would've had to have been that night...

Imo the best thing here would be a message along the lines of you going out with friends on Friday/Saturday night, Is she going out, and where... Then try a indirect meet-up ie with all of you together and then start over from A2 if your using MM, remind her how you are and then kino escalate from there.
