The author was a big skeptic and a devout Catholic to start with so was not convinced it was real until one day he experienced it for himself. If anyone doesn't know astral projection is the ability of your soul/spirit to leave your body. This is a very interesting and moving book. Especially for those who are interested in big questions such as life after death and whether or not people have an immortal soul.
