Yeah this guys sounds like a bit of an idiot. I know you are infatuated and think otherwise at the moment, but he just sounds like he is attempting to raise his own value through jealousy and social status etc. He is on an ego trip. Will this make you happy? Probably not, it will irritate you whether you get with him or not. What you need is someone who will GIVE value. Not a 'nice guy' as such, but somebody make YOU feel GOOOOD!!
