I just hope the new member goes away and has a think and comes back here. If you can take criticism and accept it and be humble, it shows strength of character.

I'm just saying this because I want you to come back at us, not with an argument, but to acknowledge that we are not novices at this and your advice isn't useless but we've heard it before.
