I'd try another website on the same test or subject of emotional intelligence. I wouldn't take these too seriously but if it reflects anything you've thought about yourself, makes sense of something or a recurring thing with multiple emotional intelligence test then its worth investigating.

Most of the time it was quite a grey area what the emotion was for me. I got 18/20, interesting I mistook love for affection haha. I was never 100% sure which the emotion was but that could have been just nerves from not wanting to be a autistic savant.

Good you took the test though, takes balls to do it and then post your results honestly on a website like this.
