Thanks for the response Stien. I have told her I have fallen for her, but I'm also open about some of the other girls. she has an ex boyfriend who us also a business partner and he stays over as he lives in a different city. When I know she is seeing him I usually call another girl so I can deal with it.

The problem is, is it doesn't work as a casual fb if you fall for the girl. I tell girls that I don't do relationships, but I'm happy for them to come round and have food, drink wine and stay the night. The never usually come around unannounced, although my number 1 did on Thursday, but luckily I was alone. Lol
