If you already have at least some experience of NLP principles, they I strongly recommend this book. It is packed full with good solid methods and techniques you can use to change behaviours and beliefs in yourself and your patients.

I believe this book is aimed at professional NLP practitioners. It assumes at least a basic knowledge of some principles although it briefly introduces them before putting them into practice. Concepts and methods introduced earlier in the book are often used without re-explaining, so I found myself skipping back every now and again to remind myself what an olfactory representational system is, for example.

If you have an understanding of many NLP principles already, and you know your accessing cues from your representational systems, then you must buy this book. If you're just starting off, I'd probably get an introductory book first, then move up to this.
