I tend to get it quite a bit too, but I try and make a joke out of it, and sometimes even play a game with it, it can sometimes work ok, but it gets a bit frustrating after a while. I've had many rejections with simply 'your too young', I'll try and come back with something like 'its ok, your a bit too short for me' but inevitably it doesn't really work.
