If you fail 1 or 2 then make it a target to nail it next time, point is your making progress, post about it and be proud for it, you'll gain a little self gratification and then when looking back at it in a few weeks you can think to yourself, fuck me I actually dragged myself out of that mindset, rather than just seeing an endless list of promises to yourself.
