To get good at this you don't need to try and control people. You don't have to try and out-dominate other women and men, to get good. It is the underlying principle "you are enough". If you're not the "leader" of your peer group, so what? If you're not dominating all over her, so what? What matters is that you're expressing 100% you, uninhibited.
