I wasn't keeping track of my caloric intake beforehand, though I've seen worse diets mine wasn't quite so bad just consisted of;
-Fry-ups Saturday and Sunday
-Meat dishes would usually be coated in some sort of batter, crumbs, coating or sauces
-Cheese tended to feature quite heavily
-2 Sugars in each tea/coffee
-10-12 pints consumed over Friday/Saturday nights
-Veg portions smaller than they could have been
-Hardly any fruit
So not great really.
It was fear of myself that made me odd
