Everything you said is true, however I answered the original question whereas you did not - you answered the question "is a high paying job a substitute for developing advanced social and seduction skills ?".
Given the same level of socials skills and "game" a guy with a higher paying more prestigious job will have access to more and higher quality women especially when it comes to LTRs.
