Regardless of what people say here its not going to stop your mind and ego being hurt by this. Just recognise the negative emotions for what they are. Its a load of chemicals slightly out of balance. Soon your mind will be back in check and you will have learnt something from this.
I've not thought this until now but its a bit like post gym workout this - your muscles are sore for a while whilst your body fixes itself then you come back even stronger than before. Gonna think that next time I'm upset.
