Do you think it's a problem with this country in general?
Because Alcohol is illegal until 18, people binge on it rather than have a gradual introduction from a young age?
Pot is legal in Holland as is prostitution and they take a far more liberal view to sex shops and sexual education leading to lower STis and teenage pregnancy rates plus they have less drug issues (as they can be monitored and taxed (paying for enforcement)
Censorship annd control is no substitute for education
