For fat loss- low(near zero carb) diet for 5-6 days a week, then a carb only meal

Carbs are the ONLY nutrient humans can survive well without, they are only sugar, and only fuel!
Fat and Protein is used for so many processes in the body, it's uniwse to restrict them too much
