Well then I didn't explain clearly.
I should have emphasized the words "staying friends" with girls, meaning after you have slept with them, if you stay friends, then the sex is always going to get in the way (you'll either still want to, she'll either still want to, or hew new BF isn't going to like it, hence you're not really friends, you're just an orbiter).
I am friends with plenty of girls that I don't want to shag or am not actively interested.
