I was in the library before and I saw a book on the Alexander Technique, I was flicking through and seemed pretty interesting. I’ve been looking at ways of correcting posture ever since yoga got me interested in Asana in general.

I remember there being a thread on here about it so I thought I’d get it and read up on it here to see if it was worth dedicating my time to. I didn’t realise it was Legend who posted it, that means I can ask him about it next time I see him.
