If you stay with someone for a few years, it's on the cards somewhere otherwise you're leading them on especially if you live with a girl.
If you wouldn't have kids with them, then there's no point staying in a LTR.
Fake boobs might be fine for a FB but not necessarily relationship material, it's a sign of bad genes as is any health or allergy issues (asthma, hay fever).
They don't bother some people though.
