Rood have you tried downloading it to your computer then uploading it to the site host thing?
That seems to work fine with me.
Also I know this sounds obvious but have you checked its 80x80 pixels and is 64kb or under. If it's bigger I can convert it to a Gif and scale it if you want on potatoshop
