Until you yourself are able to find the right place in your head that it isnt an option anymore you wont keep it off em, the fear and withdrawls will always bring u back everytime.
Also dont you think 4weeks off em (though admirable and a big thumbs up btw) is jumping the gun a lil to be lecturing people about quiting smoking?? ive previously quit smoking for a period of 8 months and ended up smoking again!!
