Default Increasing muscle to burn fat - 21-06-2011, 10:03 PM

I've been hitting gym quite regular, doing mainly weights and not much cardio.
I just can't be assed with running but I'm loving doing weights n stuff..

Obviously I'm still trying to trim the fat off my belly.. And I think in general I'm getting more muscular and fitter..

Do you think doing ab crunches on the machine with heavy weights to build ab muscles will aid in the fat loss?

I just want some variation aside from general weight lifting.. and can't be assed with cardio right now but still wana lose the belly..

My diet is improved a lot too..
