There's two routes you can go down with the using thing:

Make a joke out of it (which is what the books recommend)

or

Be sincere, ask her why she thinks that, ask her what she wants, say thats cool, then continue with whatever you want.

Most of all, don't worry about it.

You're not using them, (whatever that means), but you're both enjoying time spent together.

If not, that's cool. Then leave it.
