How about to state a belief about yourself and demonstrate a resolve to show awareness that supports that belief?
exmaple, "I believe I am awesome", then being aware of that word 'awesome' and being aware of your actions and interactions that support that belief. Eventually it should transition from belief to 'I am'?
I really struggle with this kind of stuff. I find it a chore and often buckle under a bombardment of negativity. It's a motivational thing. Maybe I should just try one affirmation at a time...
