Make sense, but seems to remove a lot of options, what would be an example then that doesn't clash with current perception?

I think I might do it as a mantra when meditating, I've clearly still got a belief problem as the really uber fit girls still rattle me a bit. If I think I'm at their level or above, I'm getting good, but there is still some ceiling in my head that get's in my way.
